Wine & Sustainability in Tuscany
4 Nights Immersed in the Region’s Biodynamic Wine Culture
Renowned for its commitment to sustainable winemaking, southern Tuscany’s Maremma region provides fertile ground for a retreat that unites purposeful strategy with cultural discovery. Hosted at Argentario Golf Resort & Spa, the program weaves group sessions with vineyard visits, biodynamic tastings, and authentic encounters that bring Italy’s evolving agricultural practices to life.

Day 1 Arrival in Tuscany
Private transfer from Rome to Argentario Resort. Gather for a welcome aperitivo on the panoramic terrace. Dinner follows at the resort featuring organic, farm-to-table cuisinet, paired with natural wines from La Maliosa — a pioneering biodynamic vineyard your team will visit on Day 2.
Day 2 - Biodynamic Wine & Olive Groves
Morning strategy session in the resort’s private salon. In the afternoon, venture into the Tuscan hills to La Maliosa, a trailblazing estate led by women and known for uncompromising commitment to biodynamic farming. Walk through ancient olive groves and vineyards untouched by chemicals, learn how natural rhythms guide cultivation, and taste wines and oils that capture the raw essence of Maremma. Evening at leisure or optional spa treatments.

Day 3 - Hill Town & Sustainable Innovation
Begin with a guided visit to Magliano in Toscana, a medieval hill town where few tourists venture. Wander its stone streets, quiet piazzas, and artisan shops before continuing to Tenuta Ammiraglia, a Frescobaldi estate known for striking contemporary architecture and cutting-edge sustainability practices. The day concludes with a private dinner and curated wine pairings inside the estate’s sleek tasting hall.
Day 4 - Wellness & Celebration
Morning yoga or optional golf at Argentario. Afternoon free for relaxation — unwind at the spa, or head to the resort's private beach club on the Tyrrhenian coast. Conclude with a farewell dinner on the terrace, where sunset over the sea and surrounding hills frames an evening of farm-to-table cuisine, fine wines, and music — a festive atmosphere designed to re-energize your team.

Day 5 – Departure
Final reflections over a leisurely breakfast. Private transfers provided to Florence or Rome Airport for departures.
