I’m Erin Fuller, founder of Vero Retreats. For more than 15 years, I worked in film and television as a location scout — a career built on finding extraordinary places and managing complex logistics. That experience sharpened my eye for detail and showed me how the right setting can transform any gathering.
Today I use that expertise to design retreats where every element — from the venue to the meals to the daily rhythm — is chosen with intention.

Our Philosophy
I create retreats that are off the beaten path. Each one begins with listening — to your goals, your culture, your story. From there, I translate your vision into an Italian experience: meals with local chefs, conversations with artisans, evenings in historic villas, mornings in olive groves.
